Justin was very knowledgeable on the market and went out of her way to assist with getting the house ready for market i.e finding reliable trades etc. She responded very quickly to our enquiries and nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We'd never sell with anyone else. Jason is the best! When we decided to sell our extensively renovated home, several agents came through and outlined their sales campaigns. We chose Jason because he was genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of our home and the changes we'd made. The campaign ended up being a lengthy one due to the current market situation, but Jason's enthusiasm and commitment didn't wane. He listened to us and worked really hard to get to a sale price that we were comfortable to accept. After a few months, Jason recommended we take the home off the market for a few weeks and come bac with a refreshed campaign and new photos. Jason funded the second campaign including new signage and brochures. He just didn't relent, maintaining his assurance to buyers that the home was excellent quality and outstanding value for the area. We had twice-weekly open houses for almost six months and Jason would call us after every open house with the result. The VERV team followed up every group that went through the house. We would never look at another agent. Jason and the VERV team were brilliant!

Professional . Would recommend, and was recommended to us. Jason and Brianna were responsive and supportive throughout the process. A great communication team, even when the property didn't sell at auction they were ready with a follow up plan. The property was on the market for less than a week after he followed up the contacts. Excellent experience and got us well above what we expected.

Absolutely loved our experience with Verv Property. We rented a gorgeous townhouse through them and everything was easy - we were approved within 24 hours, had no issues during the tenancy and our final inspection was made so stress-free.
